- Open a channel per live role, such as #role-finance-manager-leeds, and invite the hiring manager.
- Make each interview stage a task: "First interviews week of 9th", "Collect feedback", "Second interviews", "Offer", with due dates.
- Keep the job description and the agreed interview questions in Docs; share candidate summaries only in the form your process allows.
- Use polls for the hiring panel to choose interview dates, and scheduled messages to send the candidate slot list first thing on Monday.
Clients and outside people
Hiring managers are Chat only guests in their own role channel, with an end date shortly after the expected start date. They cannot see other clients' roles or the agency's internal channels.
