The terms that govern your use of the Tandem App website and service.
Tandem App is provided by the operator of Tandem App ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using one, you agree to these terms.
1.The service
Tandem App gives your organisation a private workspace for chat, tasks and file storage, which you can share with people outside it as guests. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2.Your workspace and your content
The person who creates a workspace does so on behalf of their organisation, which is our customer. Everything your people and guests put into the workspace remains yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Owners and admins decide who can join, including outside guests, and are responsible for the people they invite.
3.Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Owners and admins must use two-step sign-in.
4.Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, or try to access workspaces or data that are not yours. We may suspend a workspace that does.
5.Plans and payment
Every workspace starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are charged per user (owners, admins and members) at the prices shown on the pricing page, monthly or yearly in advance. Guests are free within the allowance shown. Each plan has a storage allowance for the whole workspace. Payments are covered by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6.Cancelling and closing
You can move back to Free or stop using the service at any time. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. When an owner closes a workspace, it can be restored for 14 days; after that its content is deleted from the live service, and then from backups as they expire.
7.Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we keep regular backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8.Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will tell workspace owners by email before they take effect.
