A training company runs courses for different clients with freelance trainers, venues and materials to prepare. Course materials go out late, trainers arrive without the attendee list, and client contacts ask for updates the coordinator has to chase.

- Create a channel per course run, such as #course-leadership-acme-may.
- Track preparation on the task board: "Venue booked", "Workbooks printed", "Joining instructions sent".
- Keep slide decks, workbooks and attendance sheets in Docs.
- Schedule the joining instructions message to post a week before the course.
Clients and outside people
Freelance trainers are Full access guests for the courses they deliver. The client's training coordinator can be a Chat only guest with an end date after the course.
What it costs
