- Create a channel per squad, such as #under-12s, plus #committee and #coaches.
- Post fixtures and pin the season calendar in each squad channel; use polls for availability.
- Keep the club handbook, kit order forms and fixture lists in Docs.
- Use the #committee task board for jobs like "Book pitch for tournament" and "Order new kit".
Clients and outside people
Parents or helpers can join a squad channel as Read only or Chat only guests. They cannot see other squads or the committee channel.
